Fuck that place is huge!
After church (where i sorta slept) and the whole ambo thing that happened in the morning- we took the car and drove up to Chadstone which was about a 45 minute drive. Either that or im totally exaggerating.
I've never ever been to Chadstone so i was pretty excited! I was about to fall asleep until i saw the David Jones sign then i was like, "Oh man! I was gonna go to sleep!" But no matter, i was hyped up then and there!
Finding a car spot was pretty easy- it was already what? 12? And there was still so many parking spots in the back. Fast and easy unlike Highpoint where it's basically like a race!
Entered David Jones and it just looked like city but not the city cause it was Chadstone. Went out and hunted down for a directory. After walking for a few minutes, we couldnt find any directory (like you know those technology boards that are placed out of nowhere in highpoint? Those things are mad! But sadly Chadstone aint that cool and doesnt have one!) Went around asking directions for the Apple Store. You see, we had planned the day to buy my sister a new Mac laptop. Damn, its gorgeous. Once we found the damn place, i swear, it was packed! There were helpers everywhere, all wearing these blue shirts and it was seriously cool. Apple is seriously amazing.
If a store would look like that, imagine what headquarters looks like.
But nah, i still wanna work at Google.
Anyhoot, so we bought a laptop and got an 8G iPod touch with the bundle :)
I paid for $600 worth so if my sister says to get off the iPod touch, i can just use that excuse. Mwahaha.
Anyhoot again...after we bought the junk, we really wanted to go eat like a seafood buffet but we couldnt find any places online so i decided that i wanted to go into the Miu Miu store that i saw on the way out of David Jones. Apparently it was this whole new section that they built that was filled with all those expensive labels like Gucci, Ralph Lauren, Chanel, Sass and Bide, Louis Vuitton, you get the gist.
Yeah so i peeked through the door of the Miu Miu store so terrified to enter. I could already see the bags and all its wondrous colourful leather! OMG i died.
Stepping into that store was like the first man to walk on the moon,
"It's one small step for man, one huge leap for mankind".
It was amazing.
I turned to the left and BOOM! I found my beloved dream bag just sitting on the shelf oh so lonely.
If you cant quite remember what bag im talking about, here it is:
I could hear it calling my name, "Jenny! Jennnnyyyy!" It was calling for me, how i could i not turn away! It was beautiful. It wasnt the brown or black colour that i originally wanted, but it was this deep washed blue colour. Yeah i cant describe it well but goshdang it was gorgeous. The sales assistant came by....i was thinking all these sales assistants would be all like, "Bitch, you have no business here. Be Gone!" BUT NO! This girl looked asian, she was simple, nice and really friendly! I couldnt believe it. I never knew these people existed in these rich chain stores. But then again, when we went to find the Apple Store, i sorta peered into the rich stores and the people that worked there- they looked like ordinary people...LIKE ME! I swear, I couldve worked there! It was so coolll!
I asked her if i could hold it. She gladly said yes. She took out all the crap that was inside and she attached the long strap onto it.
It felt so amazing. Calf leather....omgsh. I put it on my shoulder and it just clicked- the bag was the right length, not too big but also not too small (they have smaller versions too! AWESOME), the colour was beautiful and it matched with what i was wearing. It didnt seem too 'POW-in-your-face" like. Dont understand what i mean? I mean like Chanel quilted bags and Louis Vuitton patterned bags. When you see the bags, you know what brand it is in an instant. But that bag didnt really have any POW designs so it was perfect. Well i mean, theres the Miu Miu lettering on the bag but you cant really see it. Not unless you were right up in front of me and taking a look at the bag itself.
OHH MYY GOSHHHH! I LOVE IT!
After i get that bag, i will not want anything else. Screw the Louis Vuitton wallet- I DONT NEED IT! LOLL.
